Our latest Waste Transfer Notes

Waste Transfer Notes Printers for Pembs Waste Collection

Pembs Waste Collection of Sageston, Pembrokeshire asked us to print these custom waste transfer notes for them.

The waste transfer notes are printed in A5 size (210mm x 147mm) and are landscape as opposed to the more usual portrait type.

As a result, the books binding is on the short edge rather than the long. It consists of 3 heavy duty wire staples with a Linson tape binding strip over the top to make it look tidy. The front cover is printed with the same image as the internal pages and the back cover is an extra long strip of thick card that wraps around the book and then tucks back into the front to act as a writing shield.

The internal duty of care notes pages are printed on carbonless paper so they automatically copy any writing onto the sheet below. The top sheet in printed on white, middle on yellow, bottom on pink and all 3 are numbered with the same reference digits.

Waste Transfer Notes for Pembrokeshire Metal Recycling

Pembrokeshire Metal Recyclers Ltd asked us to print these A4 3-part waste transfer notes notes for them. The top sheet was printed on carbonless white paper, the middle sheet on yellow and the bottom sheet on green.

Due to the client often using their waste transfer notes when doing pickups it was decided to bind them in books of 50 sets. The reason for this is that stapled books are much stronger and hard-wearing than glued pads.

Each sheet was perforated on the left hand side to make them easy to rip out when back in the office.

To protect the books, each has strong card front cover printed with the same details as the duty of care sheets inside. The back cover is made of the same tough card and is extra long. It extends out and around the side of the book so you can tuck it back inside the front to act as a writing shield. It stops the carbon being activated on the waste transfer note below the one you are currently filling in.

Waste Transfer Notes for Young Brothers

Landscape Waste Transfer Notes like this are good because they are easy to use by both left and right handed people. This is because the stub is at the head of the book and not on the side.

These waste transfer notes were printed on top white, middle blue and bottom yellow paper to make it easy to distinguish between the sheets. Each one was then consecutively numbered starting at 1001 and running up to 2000 (1000 were ordered).

The sheets were then bound together in strong books with 3 heavy-duty wire staples holding them together. The thick card front cover was printed with the same details as the internal sheets. This was finished off with an extra long back cover that wrapped around the back of the book and then tucked into the front to act as a writing shield.

Each of the sheets were perforated at the head to make them easy to remove from the waste transfer note books.

Waste Transfer Notes for TBS Skip Hire

These waste transfer notes are A5 in size (148mm x 210mm) and made up of 4 parts (sheets). The client chose a top white, middle green, middle pink and bottom chamois. Whilst the top 3 sheets are printed on paper, the bottom chamois is printed a thin 173gsm card. The reason for this is that it goes through a friction fed dot matrix printer and the card is need to keep the sets rigid as it does so.

All 4 parts of the waste transfer notes are printed in black ink and glued at the head with 3 coats of glue. Once again, the reason for the 3 coats of glue is to keep the 4 part sets firmly glued together as they go through the printer.

All of the waste transfer notes were consecutively numbered and 10,000 of them were printed for the client.
