While you can buy standard waste transfer pads from any stationary shop, they often lack the authority and convenience of a custom-built product. For Drainforce Ltd, having their company logo, contact information, and waste carrier license details pre-printed on every page was essential.
Designed for the Field
Working on-site means paperwork can easily get lost or damaged. We designed these A5-sized carbonless (NCR) sets to be as practical as possible using a smart colour-coded system:
- Top (White): The original copy for the client or waste site.
- Middle (Yellow): The office copy for processing and invoicing.
- Bottom (Pink): The permanent record which remains in the book.
The white and yellow pages are fully perforated, allowing them to be torn out easily. However, the pink copy remains securely bound in the book. This ensures that even if individual sheets go missing in the van, Drainforce Ltd always has a permanent, chronological backup for their records—vital for internal audits and peace of mind.
Built to Last
Waste transfer notes often live in gloveboxes or on busy worksites, so “flimsy” just won’t cut it. Each Drainforce book contains 50 sets, numbered sequentially for easy tracking, and is built to withstand heavy use:
- Linson Tape Spine: Each book is stapled and finished with a tough linson tape spine. This adds a layer of protection against wear and tear, ensuring the book doesn’t fall apart halfway through the month.
- Integrated Writing Shield: There is nothing more frustrating than writing on one set and having the text “bleed” through onto the next five pages. Our books feature a wrap-around card cover with a clever fold-in flap. Simply slide it behind the current set, and it acts as a shield, protecting the rest of the book from marking.
