This A5 3 part carbonless waste transfer note was printed for Airfield metals based in Sageston Pembrokeshire.
The three part NCR (no carbon required) set is made up of top white, middle yellow and bottom pink sheets all glued together at the head. Each waste transfer note is printed with a unique sequential number for easy referencing in their records.
