TBS Skip Hire and Recycling asked our waste transfer note printers to design and print these new duty of care notes for them.
As you can see these waste transfer notes have a lot more details to be filled in on them that normal due the nature of the clients work. This is the reason they were printed in A4 size rather than A5; too accommodate all the information needed.
Furthermore, they are printed in triplicate so that the client has two copies of the form whilst there customer gets one copy.
Unusually for waste transfer notes they were not numbered. This is because TBS Skip Hire & Recycling have their own referencing system.
